Raccoon PANTAGRUEL

 

PANTAGRUEL is OOAK. He has been entirely designed and hand crafted by myself in a smoke free environment.
Long hours have gone into the conception and completion of this raccoon. 
His yummy slice of felt cake is also my own achievement.

MEASURES: About 40 cm (15.5 ") from the top of his head to his rear end. His tail is 35cm (14 ") long.

MATERIALS: High quality faux fur and short alpaca for hands and feet. Black German glass eyes. Horse hair for the whiskers.

STUFFING: Sheep wool and encased white granulate for some nice added weight.

FEATURES & TECHNIQUES: Pantagruel has a needle felted face. His nose is made with hand sculpted polymer clay. His face, tail and limbs have been extensively scissor sculpted and shaded.

JOINTING & POSING: Pantagruel has been designed as one piece. This means that his arms and legs are a whole with the body. A padded wire frame as a sort of ‘bone structure’ give him the possibility to be arranged in many realistic positions. 
His arms, legs and feet can bend. His hands are also wired to be delicately curved so that he can hold his slice of cake...or your arm! The tail is also own, and sideways in a very natural and realistic way, thanks to a wire backbone which connects head to body.
As with all my creations, Pantagruel will come to you with his own felt accessory, and with his birth certificate in matching style and materials.Pantagruel is a collector item, not suitable for young children.

 

PANTAGRUEL is a collector item not suitable for children. This creation is meant for display and not as a toy.
