GOURMET the bear

 

Gourmet is OOAK. He has been entirely designed and hand crafted by me in a smoke free house. Many hours of patient work have gone into the conception and creation of this bear.

MEASURES:  19.5 inches (about 50 cm) from ear tips to bottom. 

MATERIALS: high quality faux fur. Polyfil for the stuffing, with an addition of enclosed mineral granulate for added weight. Glass eyes.

FEATURES: Gourmet has a lightweight polymer clay sculpted head on which fur has been firmly attached. His eyes are glass cabochons that I hand painted. His paw pads have been modeled from tinted silicon. His nails are hand modeled with epoxy clay.

JOINTING and POSING: Gourmet's body has been designed with no joints. All four limbs are a whole with the body. He has an internal padded wire frame that goes from head to back, and from there to all four legs. Thanks to these features he can be arranged in many different and realistic positions. His paws can be delicately curved to give them a natural pose.

Gourmet is a glutton and loves chocolate banana cheesecake. He never goes without! He will travel to his new home with his own slice on a dish...also lovingly created by me.

As with all my creations, Gourmet comes to you with an embroidered felt birth certificate. 

Gourmet is a collector item not suitable for children. This creation is meant for display and not as a toy.
