Shipping 

• I ship from Switzerland to any destination using 'Economy Shipping'. 

It is traceable mail. You will receive a tracking number for your package.

• Delivery time is estimated from 10 to 20 business days.

Please remember that customs might hold on to your item for some weeks, and that it is NOT my responsibility.

• Collectors are responsible for any customs duty or taxes.

 

Returns

• Please always contact me to arrange any eventual return.

• I accept returns, provided that the item is sent back in pristine conditions not later than a week after being delivered.

• Adoption fee only will be refunded, immediately after receiving the item back. 

• Any customs expenses I will have to sustain in order to collect the item will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping fees won't be refunded.
